Developing a project starts with collecting land. Choosing the right Location is more than important and part of “knowing your market”, and Andema does.

The town Ulukent, just outside after çiğli, İzmir, is a growing area, where the new highway to İstanbul already passes and the metro to the centre of İzmir has its own stop. This all was under construction at the moment we collected the land. After months of research we decided to develop a middle class housing project and gave the design to the İzmir based architectural company, PG Mimarlık. The result of the project you can see at the images. The land and its final, ready-to-construct project was sold in total to another developer as part of our investment strategy.
