Integrating with the organic structure of the land, the GÜRGAN VILLAS PROJECT offers the unity of being one and the same, with the positioning of each house as a single, independent, non-adjacent, uninterrupted view.
Designed with the dream of “A Bodrum Neighborhood”, this settlement will give people peace and warmth. It has brought the feeling of Bodrum House to life with a contemporary understanding of plan.

PLANS
In the "GURGAN VILLAS" project located in Bodrum, Yalikavak Geriş, there are 6 single-storey villas and a separate guest house on the garden floor. The villas consist of 1 large living room with an open kitchen and three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The nearby guesthouse is located below the 2-car parking area with a fourth bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and dining/living area.
Each villa has its own private pool. The total plot size is approximately 5,700 m2 gross, and the total plot size of each villa is approximately 850 m2.
